Our Policy All Stone Club Shirts products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item, wrong size due to our error), we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will not require you to return the defective item.

Lost Shipments If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship or refund your order in full. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for a lost shipment claim.

Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, which typically occurs within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at [your support email] and we will do our best to accommodate you before production starts.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

EU & UK Customers Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it under applicable consumer protection law. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised goods. As our products are made to order, they are exempt from this right of withdrawal. Defective or incorrect items remain fully covered as described above.
