Shipping Policy — Stone Club Shirts
Production & Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders typically require 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Production times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after production Rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to 25+ countries via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx.
- Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days after production
- Europe (UK, DE, FR, etc.): 7–14 business days after production
- Asia-Pacific (JP, KR, SG, HK, etc.): 10–18 business days after production
- All other supported countries: 10–21 business days after production
Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at stoneclubshirts@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once dispatched. Re-shipping costs for returned orders due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility.
